Annual Appeal
$100 Helps Us Help Ourselves
Dear Friends and Neighbors,
From the Heckscher Farm to our hardwood forest trails, the sounds of engaged and happy children fill the air. Yet, the economy and the City's reduction in funding have challenged us like never before.
For our part, we are working smarter and harder to maintain the high level of programming you have come to expect from us. However, we cannot do it alone. Now more than ever, we need your continued support. Please help us help ourselves and together we will weather these turbulent times.
We are reaching out and asking families and friends to consider an Annual Appeal gift of $100. Thanks to you, we continue to do what we do best - provide high quality exhibitions, fun family festival days, and engaging nature, farm and astronomy programs.
We have much to be thankful for and much to do in the year ahead. Our Annual Appeal Goal is $80,000. [Can you imagine? If we got 800 friends and families to contribute just $100 we would reach our goal.] We ask that you contribute what you can with the knowledge that your 100% tax-deductible contribution will help us to bring the very best in family programming and education to this community.
