3 Week Class

We’ll explore the season through live animal visits, natural artifacts, stories, songs, and of course, process-based art experiences designed specifically for our youngest learners. Meets at the Knobloch Farmhouse. If Stamford schools are delayed or closed due to weather, class will be cancelled. Participants will be refunded for any cancellations due to weather.

Members: $51/adult+child pair

4 Week Class

We know our colors, but how about their different shades and hues? In our first three classes, we’ll explore a different color each week by meeting some animals and investigating artifacts to discover the wide range of hues we can find in nature. In our final class, we’ll put all our colors and everything we've learned together to explore the rainbow!

Meets in the Knobloch Family Farmhouse. Limited to 6 adult/child pairs.  While it doesn’t have to be the same adult each week who attends, there is a maximum of 1 adult per child each class. Younger siblings that can be worn or in strollers are welcome to attend. Please make other arrangements for older siblings. Spring Wonder Art is open to both SM&NC Members and Non-Members.

Youth & Family Program Policies

    • Refunds may be available for a registered program up to 10 days before the program date. Within 10 days refunds are, unfortunately, not available. Please register carefully.
    • Contact registration at 203.977.6521 for refunds. Programs cancelled by SM&NC will be refunded in full.
    • Ticket transfers are not permitted. Only registered parties may attend in their program time/date.
    • Please note age requirements.  Registrations outside of the age minimums/maximums will be cancelled and may not be refunded.
    • Please note registration requirements.  Some programs are drop-off and some require adult attendance.
    • All participants age 3 and up who attend a program require a ticket for individually-ticketed events.
    • This policy does not apply to any Summer Camp, Summer Wonder Art, or other program that is covered under our Summer Camp refund policies. Please refer to our summer camp pages for more information on these policies.
