Our popular new camp returns for two sessions this year! Held in the kitchen of our Knobloch Farmhouse Building, aspiring chefs will be led by SM&NC staff for a great week of hands-on cooking! Each week we’ll tackle a variety of new recipes and will create our favorite foodstuffs, such as butter! We’ll also learn the importance of sourcing local food and discover what is growing on the farm in during the summer. Chefs will have lots of tasty treats to take home each day! Chefs will also prepare samples of some of their creations for their families for a special tasting on our camp Fridays (week one: pizza party: week two: pasta party)!

Each chef will also receive their own chef’s coat to keep too! Limited to 12 children for a small group experience. While we will definitely taste much of what we create, please pack a nut/peanut-free lunch and reusable water bottle for your chef each day! While both weeks will not be identical, there may be some overlap in recipes.
