Connecticut peach season is one of the best! Learn how to preserve peaches through canning and by making an easy peach freezer jam to enjoy that summer taste in the middle of winter! We’ll show an easy way to peel peaches and how to prepare for water bath canning. Participants will take supplies home to make our own no cook peach freezer jam as well! Limited to 5 participants. Program location will be e-mailed to participants before class.
