Celebrate Spring with us on this mindful forest walk. As the warmer weather and longer days return, the natural world awakens with so much to see, hear, smell, taste and touch. Hit the pause button on the busyness of the human world so you can experience all that is happening in the more-than-human-world.
Cindy Olsen of Cindy By Nature, LLC will share her award-winning mindful outdoor program that includes history, gentle guided stretch sequences, mindful forest walking, nature connection activities, community connection, and a teatime with the trees.
All participants will be provided with a backpack, seat cushion and blanket. Please dress for the weather and wear trail-worthy shoes. This program welcomes all humans who are open to slowing down, connecting, and tuning in. Families are welcome. Suggested for ages 9 and up. Meet at Overbrook Nature Center.
