Outdoor Sunset Yoga
Back by popular demand, enjoy outdoor sunset yoga with a view of Heckscher Farm, led by Carol Shwidock, Certified Kripalu Yoga instructor, Occupational Therapist, Reiki Master, and owner of Harmony Yoga Studio.
