Natalie Berkowitz, author of The Winemaker’s Hand: Conversations on Talent, Technique, and Terroir will give a presentation about the complex process of converting grapes to wine. Berkowitz has interviewed winemakers throughout the world who work in diverse wine-producing regions including Chile, England, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, and the US.
